Simple Water Level indicator circuit

I wanted to make a water level indicator for our home ..since our water tank is two floors above and occasional break up in public water supply..unknowingly we ll use up al the water in our tank ..to be left out with no water for a day or two and waiting for the unsure public supply to come..
